Zero+1. Who this applies to
This Privacy Policy describes how the Zero+ mobile application (“Zero+”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.
2. Data we collect
None. Zero+ is designed to work entirely offline on your device. We do not operate accounts, logins, or backend servers, and we do not receive any information from your use of the app. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email, phone number, or any contact details.
- Your salary, loans, budgets, transactions, or any financial figures you enter.
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, location, or usage analytics.
- Crash logs, cookies, or tracking data of any kind.
3. Where your information is stored
Everything you enter — your profile, loans, budget, cash flow, and settings — is stored locally on your device only, in the app’s private storage. It never leaves your phone unless you choose to export it yourself.
4. Backups you create
The app lets you export a backup file and import it later or on another device. These files are created and moved entirely by you, using your own device and the services you choose (for example, your Files app or a folder you pick). We never receive, see, or store these files.
5. Contacting support
If you contact us for help — for example, through the WhatsApp link in the app or on our website — you will be sharing your message and phone number directly with us through that third-party service, governed by that service’s own privacy policy. We use anything you send us only to respond to your request, and we do not add it to any database or marketing list.
6. Third-party services
The app itself contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. If you tap a link that opens another app or website (such as WhatsApp or the App Store), that destination is operated by a third party and governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
7. Children
Zero+ is a general-purpose budgeting tool and is not directed at children under 13. Because we collect no data, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
8. Your control and rights
Because your data lives only on your device, you are always in full control. You can view, edit, or permanently delete everything at any time from within the app (including “Reset app”), or by removing the app from your device. Since we hold no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or erase on your behalf.
9. Security
Your information is protected by your device’s own security (such as your passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID) and the operating system’s app sandboxing. We recommend keeping your device locked and up to date.
10. Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
